New Site Progress
New site is coming together. Walls are being knocked out and network wiring going in today. We are hoping to have the new site up and running before the end of the month.

New Updates!
  1. Created Newsletter site for Francis to create a newsletter online.
  2. Setup RPC over HTTP which allows users with outlook 2003 to connect directly to the email server. Howto
  3. Testing Infopath for a possible frontend to convert paper documents to electronic documents.
  4. Created a public folder with an email address to automatically route faxes to the fax public folder.

Going Paperless
I am going to lead the way to make SEMHC as paperless as possible. There are many ways this can be done.
 
  1. Print to a pdf printer and upload to the site
  2. Scan documents and upload to the site
  3. Creat new documents inside the Intranet

We have the technology do do all of this now. I will also be looking into a program that will scan directly into the document directories.
